Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Prices are displayed in EUR. For customers in Poland, prices may also be shown in PLN. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your payment details.
Shipping
We ship globally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country — these are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
Due to the intimate nature of our products, items showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for return on hygiene grounds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To initiate a return, contact us at before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you — replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, design, and branding — is the property of Joshua Apparel sp. z o.o. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poznań, Poland. If you are a consumer based in the EU, you also retain the protections afforded by the consumer laws of your country of residence.

- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details
- Order details (items, size, amount)
We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We do not collect any data beyond what is required to process and deliver your order.
